João Ramos, holding a Master’s degree in Viticulture and Oenology from L’Institut Agro Montpellier and Hochschule Geisenheim University, as well as a degree in Agronomic Engineering from Instituto Superior de Agronomia (ISA), takes on the role of Winemaker responsible for Bacalhôa’s wines in Azeitão. With solid oenological experience gained in leading national and international companies, João ensures the continued quality and consistency of our wines in the Setúbal region.
