SHARING – COMPLAINT CHANNEL

Your sharing is important!

 

The Bacalhôa Group provides a reporting channel, Sharing, which ensures the monitoring, investigation and response to your complaints, in an anonymous and exempt way.

 

The Sharing – Complaints Channel welcomes the reporting of bad practices and / or dubious practices, on matters provided for in the legislation approved by Law No. 93/2021, of 20 December.

All employees, customers, suppliers or other interested parties can use this channel.

 

If you are aware of any situation that you consider unethical or non-compliant with legal or internal standards, be sure to report it, through the following available means:

Complaints in the Sharing Channel are received on behalf of the Bacalhôa Group, by the Sharing Channel Manager, who will ensure their confidential treatment.
