At the beginning of May, on the 6th, in Santarém, the 9th edition of the awards ceremony of the Wines of Portugal Contest took place, one of the most important at national level. This year there were around 1,500 entries, in which 109 national and international experts nominated 442 winners, including Bacalhôa.

The Bacalhôa group chose to inscribe the most varied references/varieties, a little in the different regions where we are present. Where we got 6 awards. Namely:

Bacalhôa Moscatel de Setúbal Superior 20 Years 2000 – Best Liqueur of the Year - RRP: €49.90

 

Among the various winners, the award for the best Liqueur of the year stands out – Bacalhôa Moscatel de Setúbal Superior 20 Years, 2000 harvest from the Setúbal Peninsula. This reference already contains several awards at national and international level.

As well as the Great Gold medal of the Aliança Baga Clássico By Quinta da Dôna Red 2015 vintage. With regard to this wine, it was also awarded this year in the Escancação Magazine with about 92 points, a gold Tambuladeira.
