The Bacalhôa Group once again stood out in the national wine scene, winning six awards at the prestigious "Escolha da Imprensa 2024" competition, including the coveted Grand Prize in the Rosé category.

The Bacalhôa Roxo Rosé 2023 was the big winner, taking home the Grand Prize in the Rosé category, a recognition that highlights the exceptional quality of this wine. The Quinta do Carmo Reserva Branco 2022 and Quinta da Bacalhôa Tinto 2020 were also distinguished, receiving awards in the White and Red Wine categories, respectively.

 

Bacalhôa’s diversity and excellence were further celebrated with the award given to the Quinta do Carmo Rosé 2023 in the Rosé category, as well as to the Aliança Grande Reserva Branco 2018, honoured in the Sparkling Wine category.

 

The group's wine heritage was also recognised through the Moscatel de Setúbal D.O Superior 10 years 2007, which won the award in the Fortified Wine category, reaffirming Bacalhôa's reputation as one of Portugal’s leading producers of fortified wines.

 

These awards are a testament to Bacalhôa Group’s ongoing commitment to producing high-quality wines that combine innovation and respect for tradition.
